| Photographs will be accepted only from the original photographer.
All photographs must be properly submitted according to the breed of each dog.
For each photo the form after uploading must be filled in correctly including the dogs name and breed. Failure to include this information will cause the entry for that photo to be cancelled.
The photographer must hold the copyright to all photos he or she submits to the contest. Photographs that violate the laws of copyright will be disqualified.
The use of public domain images is prohibited.
Photographers retain ownership of all copyrights.
By submitting an image to www.dogpicture.com, you hereby grant RWR Technology permission and rights to store, display, and use the image, its thumbnails, indefinitely on the dogpicture.com web site and in any of RWR Technology's advertising or promotional materials both printed and on-line.
If you would rather we not use your photos for promotional purposes please send us an email and we will flag your membership appropriately
If you cancel your membership your photos will stay online unless you specifically request them to be removed.
Photographers must have sufficient permission of any recognizable models or other persons appearing in the photograph to be able to grant to DogPicture.com the right to display their photographic submission online.
Any contest submissions that receive legal challenges from either copyright or insufficient model permissions will be removed and replaced.
There are no age limit restrictions except where prohibited by law.
You may submit an unlimited number of entries
Photos may only be submitted electronically using our photo upload form
Email or snail mailed entries will be discarded and are not eligible for the contest.
The decisions of the judges are final.
System malfunctions, network delays, and other technical problems can happen and DogPicture.com is not responsible to assure photos are submitted to the contest, nor does it make any guarantees of when the photos will be entered into the selection pool.
Prize winners may be responsible for shipping charges, taxes, or import tariffs according to location and/or local laws.
All federal, state, provincial, and local laws apply.
